I don't understand

Tonight when I changed the dressings on my legs, I noticed a change that doesn't look good. I called the wound clinic and left a message so they will get it first thing in the morning. I just don't understand why they won't heal. Right now i'm scared and I can't stop crying. I don't think anyone really knows what I am going through. It's so hard and I don't know how to keep going. I just wish something good would happen with my leg wounds.
